Construction
Crafted from heavy cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware Petite Popover Pan provides even heat distribution for golden-brown exteriors and light, airy interiors. The cast aluminum construction promotes consistent baking across all twelve cavities, helping each popover bake evenly from top to bottom. The graphite finish complements the pan’s decorative design, making it a functional addition to any bakeware collection.
Nonstick Performance
The silicone nonstick interior coating helps petite popovers release easily while maintaining their shape and height. Popovers, mini muffins, Yorkshire puddings, and molded desserts lift out cleanly for easy serving, while the smooth nonstick surface makes cleanup quick after baking.
Intricate Design
Featuring twelve individual cavities with a 3-cup total capacity, this pan is designed to bake bite-size popovers with crisp exteriors and airy centers. Center heat vents allow hot air to circulate around each cavity, supporting even baking and consistent rising. Decorative braided handles provide a secure grip when moving the pan from the oven while adding a distinctive finishing touch to the design. Beyond popovers, this versatile pan is also ideal for mini muffins, Yorkshire puddings, cornbread bites, molded desserts, and individual baked treats. Finish with butter, jam, powdered sugar, honey, fruit preserves, chocolate drizzle, or savory toppings for brunches, holiday meals, afternoon tea, and special occasions.
