Construction
Crafted from cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware 5-Cup Brilliance Bundt Pan provides even heat distribution for consistently golden, evenly baked Bundt cakes, pound cakes, coffee cakes, and specialty desserts. The durable construction helps minimize hot spots while maintaining the pan’s intricate geometric design. With a 5-cup capacity, this compact mini Bundt cake pan is ideal for smaller recipes, half batches, gifting, and everyday baking while delivering dependable results.
Nonstick Performance
The silicone nonstick interior promotes smooth cake release while preserving the Brilliance design’s detailed geometric pattern and defined edges. Cakes release cleanly onto a cooling rack with the decorative details intact, helping maintain the sculpted shape from pan to serving plate. The easy-release surface also simplifies cleanup after baking, making this 5-cup Bundt pan convenient for frequent use.
Intricate Design
The Brilliance Bundt Pan features a geometric pattern inspired by faceted jewel shapes, with precisely spaced ridges that create a dimensional cake design. The 5-cup capacity is suited for smaller portions, dessert tastings, gifting, and intimate gatherings. The structured channels highlight glazes, icing, chocolate drizzle, or powdered sugar, adding texture and contrast to every slice. This compact Bundt cake pan brings the signature Brilliance design to smaller-scale baking with the same detailed Nordic Ware craftsmanship.
Care Instructions
Oven safe up to 425 F, the 5-Cup Brilliance Bundt Pan is designed for reliable baking performance. For best results, grease the interior with butter or shortening and lightly dust with flour or cocoa before each use. Allow cakes to cool before inverting onto a cooling rack. Hand wash recommended using warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners to help protect the silicone nonstick surface and preserve the detailed geometric finish.
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
