Construction
Crafted from cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware Cut Crystal Bundt Pan provides even heat distribution for consistently golden, evenly baked Bundt cakes, pound cakes, coffee cakes, and specialty desserts. The durable cast aluminum construction helps minimize hot spots for uniform baking while maintaining the pan’s detailed design. With a 10-cup capacity, this Bundt pan is built for dependable performance and long-lasting use in everyday and seasonal baking.
Nonstick Performance
The silicone nonstick interior promotes smooth cake release while preserving the pan’s detailed geometric pattern and crisp decorative edges. Cakes unmold cleanly onto a cooling rack with minimal sticking, helping maintain the signature cut crystal design from pan to plate. The easy-release surface also simplifies cleanup, making this 10-cup Bundt pan well suited for repeated baking and everyday use.
Intricate Design
Inspired by the faceted appearance of cut crystal, this 10-cup Bundt pan features geometric ridges, angular channels, and a fluted center tube that create striking decorative cakes with exceptional detail. The dimensional pattern beautifully showcases glazes, ganache, icing, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit, adding texture and visual depth to every slice. Whether baking for holidays, family gatherings, or everyday desserts, the crystal-inspired design creates an eye-catching presentation with minimal decorating.
Care Instructions
Oven safe up to 425 F, the Cut Crystal Bundt Pan is designed for dependable baking performance. For best results, thoroughly grease with butter or shortening and lightly dust with flour or cocoa before each use. Allow cakes to cool for approximately 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Hand wash recommended using warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners to help preserve the nonstick surface and decorative finish for long-term use.
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
