Construction
Crafted from cast aluminum, the Nordic Ware Lotus Bundt Pan provides even heat distribution for consistently golden, evenly baked Bundt cakes, pound cakes, coffee cakes, and specialty desserts. The durable cast aluminum construction helps minimize hot spots while maintaining the pan’s detailed floral pattern. Designed with a 5-cup capacity, this compact Bundt pan is ideal for smaller recipes, half batches, and everyday baking with dependable, consistent results.
Nonstick Performance
The silicone nonstick interior promotes clean, effortless cake release while preserving the pan’s layered lotus petals and decorative ridges. Cakes unmold smoothly onto a cooling rack with minimal sticking, helping maintain crisp floral details and defined edges. The easy-release surface also simplifies cleanup, making this 5-cup Bundt pan well suited for frequent baking and everyday use.
Intricate Design
Inspired by the graceful symmetry of the lotus flower, this 5-cup Bundt pan features sculpted petals that create decorative cakes with refined floral detail. Sized to accommodate half of a standard Bundt recipe or a 5-cup cake mix, it offers a practical option for smaller households, gifting, and everyday desserts. The detailed channels beautifully highlight glazes, ganache, icing, fresh fruit, or powdered sugar, adding texture and dimension with minimal decorating. The compact design also fits easily in most standard and countertop ovens.
